Mercer.girl no longer fulfills customs orders like it did in the past. The brand has rebranded and is now making completely unique and one of a kind- pre-designed garments. 

Once a design is complete it is not subject to any requested additions unless it is related to a necessary touch up due to paint coming off or stitching that needs to be fixed. For touch-up pricing and details see the “Shipping and Returns” page.

It is recommended that Mercer.girl pieces are hand washed and air dried to make the work last the longest. If machine washing is preferred, Mercer.girl recommends a gentle cold cycle with the garment flipped inside out, and letting it air dry.  (These instructions do not induce leather products- leather must be washed by a leather cleaner).

Mercer.girl garments are water resistant. Specific products are sprayed with a water-resistant spray but generally can resist rain, snow and stormy weather. .

Mercer.girl products can be purchased in person with cash, via the Mercergirl.com website, Instagram, Etsy or Depop @Mercer.girl. 

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the product, but usually average around 7-12 dollars. The shipping cost will be included in the price of the garment, unless you choose to pick it up in person. 

Shipping takes 1-3 weeks to be fulfilled. This is due to the time spent creating each product and the activity of the shop at that moment. Please be patient as care is put into every piece created and Mercer.girl would never want to rush the quality of its work. 

If you prefer, in-person pickup is accepted based on the communicated pickup location. If you choose to pick up the piece, shipping will not be included in the price. You may discuss pickup, if interested, through the website contact, or Instagram DM @mercer.girl (preferred).
