Shipping and returns

Due to the nature of the craft, each and every piece is made by hand for each individual order. This process takes time and strict care. Because of this, no returns are accepted, whether it be for any specific reason or for delayed shipments. If the garment is damaged  from shipping,  please send pictures to @mercer.girl on instagram via direct message. Shipping: Projected shipping is 1-3 weeks, but may take more depending on demand. Our basic goal is to make sure every piece is equally perfectly tuned for every customer. 

When you are buying an item, you agree that 

1. you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it
2. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the checkout payment process 
3. The prices we charge for using our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
